Reach the Mupfex Delivery Blog team
Use this page for corrections, story tips, and questions about our menu and location coverage. We read every message that comes in. Email info@mupfex.delivery.
Where to find us
Messages sent outside desk hours still land in the same inbox. We answer in the order they arrive.
What to send us
The most useful messages correct something. If a page describes an item or a detail that no longer matches the published waffle house menu or a store page, tell us which page and what changed. Specific beats general, and the store location helps if the issue is local.
Corrections
Send the page, the claim you think is wrong, and where the correct information can be found. If it sits in the company's nutrition, allergen, or store pages, we can verify quickly and fix the article.
We do not need a formal format. A short email with a link or a screenshot is enough, and it is the fastest route to an update.
Story tips
Story tips are welcome too, particularly regional differences between stores that are not reflected in published materials. We are more likely to write about a pattern than a single visit.
If you have noticed that a dish travels differently from one part of the country to another, that is exactly the kind of note worth sending. Tell us the stores you visit and what changed between them.
Route your message
We are a small editorial desk, so the fastest answer depends on what you need. Pick the row that matches your question and you will usually land on the right page or the right inbox on the first try.
Questions about the menu
Menu questions are the most common thing we receive, and usually the answer is already on the menu guides or breakfast staples pages. All-day breakfast, hashbrowns scattered several ways, waffles, and the late-night staples each get their own explainer. If what you want is not covered, ask and we will point you to the right page or write the missing one.
We cannot tell you what a specific store is serving today. That is a store-level question, and the location page plus a phone call is the correct path. Ingredients, allergens, and portion details are published by the company and are the page we check before we change an article.
See the menu guidesQuestions about hours and locations
We do not publish store hours because they change and the company maintains its own dynamically updated pages for each location. Those pages list address, phone number, and daily hours, and they are the authoritative source.
If a store page looks stale to you, tell us. That is exactly the kind of thing we track on the regional notes page, alongside the differences we find between stores in different parts of the country.
Most messages get a reply within a few business days
Corrections that need verification can take longer if we have to check a published document, and we will tell you if that is the case rather than leaving you waiting. We do not run a support line and we cannot answer questions about orders, deliveries, or payments, because we do not handle any of those.
What we cannot help with
We are not affiliated with the restaurant chain. We cannot confirm a table, reserve seating, resolve a service issue at a location, or comment on a specific store's staff or management.
For anything operational at a store, call the store directly. The number is on its location page, and it is the only route that gets you a real answer about that day.
Frequently asked
Can you tell me if a specific location is open right now? + −
No. Hours are set at store level and change. Each location has its own page listing daily hours, and calling the store is the fastest confirmation.
Do you accept guest posts? + −
We do not publish third-party promotional content. Corrections, story tips, and specific regional observations are always welcome at info@mupfex.delivery.
Send us a note
Tell us which page you were reading and what needs a second look. A short message with a link or a screenshot is the fastest route to an update, and it helps if you name the store when the issue is local.
Other ways to reach us
Email goes straight to the editorial inbox. Phone is best for time-sensitive corrections during desk hours, though we may still ask you to send the link in writing.
Most of what we fix starts with a reader who noticed something at the counter and wrote it down. Corrections, menu questions, and regional notes all land in the same inbox, and we work through them in the order they arrive.
